Mr. N. Senthil has ability to explain the complex topics in simple way by breaking that subject in small pieces. One of the example was explanation of "touch time" where actual value is being added to Product. It was a good refreshment of my previous learnings while attending his training session at Ola Electric, Krishnagiri. Mostly we talk only 7 wastes ( TIMWOOD ) of lean manufacturing and miss the last one which is underutilization of human resources. This waste was very well explained by Mr. N. Senthil.
